15 minute meals
we tend to overcomplicate cooking a healthy meal. sure, making something elaborate with lots of ingredients can be a fun challenge, but most days, i just don’t have time for that.
if i want healthy eating to be sustainable, it has to be simple—and i know the same is true for so many of my clients. in my ideal world, a meal should take 15 minutes or less and use no more than 10 ingredients.
below, you’ll find video tutorials that prove just how easy simple, nourishing meals can be. i focus on real, whole foods with minimal ingredients, prep work, and cleanup. and unlike the polished clips on tiktok, youtube, or instagram (where even i edit out the real-time process), these videos keep it real. no shortcuts—just straightforward, no-fuss cooking that fits into your life.
