This meal is on repeat every single week in the summertime, because it’s so easy and we can customize it however we personally want. It’s super high protein, high fiber, low in simple carbs, and keeps me satiated for hourssss. I love making it for breakfast and lunch, too!!!

Ingredients:

-Grass-fed burger patty
-Bed of greens of choice
-Raw cheddar or other cheese of choice


Optional toppings:
-Sauerkraut
-Kimchi
-Pickles
-Tomatoes
-Onions
-Peppers
-Homemade fries
-Mustard
-Ketchup
-etc!

Directions:
-Cook your burger patty on the stove or grill
-Create your bowl using ingredients of choice
-Add the burger with additional toppings
-Enjoy!

*Meal shortcut: Buy your patties pre-made or frozen. There’s a great grass-fed frozen patty option at Costco, if you have that available to you. Makes this meal even quicker!
