Welcome to Step It Up May! This is your invitation to move your body a little more each day — not as punishment, not to “burn calories,” but to support your energy, your hormones, your digestion, your mood… and your overall life!

Walking is one of the most underrated yet powerful forms of movement we have. It’s free, it’s accessible, and it makes a huge difference in how we feel — especially when it comes to things like stress, blood sugar, metabolism, and sleep.

This is a 31-day walking challenge designed to help you:

  • Become more aware of how much you’re moving (without judgment)

  • Gently increase daily steps — in a way that feels sustainable, not stressful

  • Support energy, digestion, blood sugar, stress, and hormone health with consistent movement

  • Get outside for fresh air and sunlight, daily

  • Find more moments of calm and presence throughout the day

  • Build a habit that supports both body and mind

  • Stay inspired and accountable with weekly encouragement and inspiration!

You’ll find a weekly focus, encouragement, and a step tracker to help you stay motivated and make this your most intentional, grounded month yet. I encourage you to print out your tracker and put it somewhere that you can see it everyday, to hold yourself accountable.
